I'm a Senior Product Designer working across platform strategy at CBRE, previously shipping conversion-driving features at Common Surface. I'm deeply data-literate—comfortable working with Python, SQL, and analytics to inform design decisions and validate impact in complex B2B systems.
I'm also exploring what AI can do emotionally—not just functionally. I'm curious about how thoughtful prompts and conversation design can create technology that understands what people actually need, not just what they ask for. It's early, messy work, but that's the interesting part.

AI behavioral design for emotional validation. Immigrant loneliness needs acknowledgment, not advice—but most AI can't resist problem-solving. Designed a validation framework through prompt engineering: hold space without fixing, reflect strength without dismissing pain, invite continuation without demanding action.
